How long does the drinks last for?


As long as they are refrigerated, they can last for as long as you'd like!




Is there a minimum order?


Absolutely not! You can order as little or many as you like, whichever you’re comfortable with. We have various delivery and pickup options that is convenient to all. We also offer free delivery for orders over $60.




What is your return/refund policy?


We take pride in exceeding your needs by creating favourable drinks with love and a pinch of fun! But at the same time if you’re unhappy with our product, you may return the product in a saleable condition (unopened, label intact, etc.) within thirty (30) days of purchase. You will be refunded in the applicable tender as used for the purchase (debit, cash, credit).

Items bought on sale, discounted are final sale and are non-refundable.




Do I need a receipt to return?


Yes, you will need the receipt emailed to you when you purchased your order, alongside your government-issued ID.

Our main goal is to provide clients with memorable experiences that they will cherish with our drinks. Est Drinks take pride in exceeding your needs for all types of events - no matter how big or small.

Do you physically serve drinks at events?


No, we don’t.




Why is my discount code not working?


Your code may not be accepted for these reasons:

  • It has expired.
  • Not valid or entered incorrectly.
  • It is limited to one-time use.
  • Your order does not meet the minimum eligibility requirements to use the code.




Will I receive a receipt?


Your receipt will be sent to you via email.




What information will I receive about my order?


For Standard and Fast Track delivery order, you will receive an order confirmation email, and a shipping notification once your order has been shipped.

For In person delivery and pickup order, you will receive an order confirmation email and a ready for pickup/drop-off notification via text message & email.

We advise you check your spam folder if you haven’t received the email after 2hours of purchase.




Can I check the status of my order?


Registered account holders are able to check the status of their order and review order history. We welcome new registered account holders; all you need to do is register!




Can I add, remove or substitute an item in my order?


Once an order is placed, the details of that order are final, including the items purchased. You cannot remove or substitute an item once an order is placed. If there is another item that you would like to purchase, you will need to create a new order.




Can I change the shipping location of my order?


Once an order has been placed, all details are final and cannot be changed, including the shipping location.




What are the delivery options and time frames?


  • Canada Post Standard Shipping (3-5 business days) - $15

  • Canada Post Fast Track (next day - weekdays only) orders will need to be made before 1pm to be considered eligible for this delivery - $20

  • Pick up (Same day) – Free

  • Same Day Local Delivery via DoorDash

UPDATE TO POLICY IN RESPONSE TO COVID-19: Canada Post has suspended home delivery of packages requiring proof of age. Please follow the directions they will provide on pick up of your order. As such we are unable to confirm delivery dates.




What if my package is damaged?


Send us an email with a picture of the damaged product within seven (7) days along with proof of purchase (confirmation email) and government-issued photo ID. We will either issue a refund or send you a new one – your choice!




What do I need to pick up my order?


To pick up your order, please bring the Ready for Pickup notification you received along with government-issued photo ID. Your identification will be verified against the name on the order and is required as proof of legal drinking age. Acceptable proof includes a valid Ontario’s driver’s license, passport, permanent resident card and citizenship card issued by the Government of Canada.




What happens if I'm not home to receive my shipment?


Canada Post requires a signature for all deliveries. If you are not home to receive your package for Standard Shipping or Next Day Home Delivery, the carrier will leave a delivery notice card with the address of the closest postal outlet where you can retrieve your package. You will need to show valid government-issued ID and proof of legal drinking age to claim the package from the postal outlet.
